Courses Terms and Conditions

·         The course will start after payment has been made.

·         Your payment is non refundable if you cancelled your booking on the day you will start the course.

·         In the event that the course is not finished in your allotted time due to weather and sea condition, 50% of the course cost will be refunded to you.

·         If in the allotted time you were not able to finish the course, you will be charged for the following sessions.

Diving Terms and Conditions

·         Your place on the manifest is only confirmed once payment has been made

·         Your payment is non refundable if you cancelled your booking on the day of the trip.

·         There will be a 70 % cancellation fee for bookings cancelled 48 hours prior the trip for Diving in Khorfakkan.

·         There will be a 50% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled 168 hours prior the trip for Diving in Khorfakkan

·         You will receive a full refund if we have to cancel the trip in Khorfakkan for any reason (e.g .weather and sea condition, Instructor not available/medical problem) the skipper reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the charter.
